Thoughtful Thinking: Create Thoughtful Redirects

This posting is a continuation of the series: “Thoughtful Thoughts”. Reread Thoughtful Thinking – Giving Thought to “Thought”

Setting Our Own “Redirects”

It is possible to redirect our mind, even the subconscious and unconscious parts, through our conscious actions. The mind is an amazing thing – it is the bridge between our body and our thoughts. The foods we eat affect the energy of our brain, so does our blood flow and toxicity levels.  We do give a little thought to the foods we eat, but how often do we choose based on desire rather than choosing what we know is good for us?

Where does our directive come from, the voice of reason, so to speak? Does it come from our physical body, the desires, hungers and emotions? Is our brain the driving force, or is our consciousness and our higher spirit-self steering us in the right direction?

Subtle Signals

Our inner dialog is typically very subtle, and needs both space and silence to be heard. Those blaring-loud messages, those are not you, and they do not work in your better interest. It’s time to turn the tables and restore our internal harmony. How do we go about taking steps that help us create a better day and restoring ourselves to live as intended?

Thoughtful Thinking – Create Livable Change

One of the biggest complaints people make is “I don’t have the energy”. You do have the energy, it’s simply misdirected into worry, pain, and relationships that take more than you have to give. Before we turn to the world around us and throw blame, which is not the solution, understand that inner relationships hold the greatest control over our lives.

Fine – Tuning Our Inner Voice

Those inner relationships can be emotional, mental, spiritual, or physical and combinations of all of the above. The best way to get the energy we need desire is by creating a more symbiotic and harmonious relationship by facing our inner conflicts and gently finding resolutions.
